I recently watched Something Borrowed, a romantic comedy, and LOVED it!!* However, it really got me thinking. Is it ever acceptable for one of your friends to act on feelings they might have for your boyfriend or girlfriend? I feel that the answer is actually quite obvious but I will reserve my judgement so you can make up your own mind about it :)
I believe that if you were to find your self in a situation where you "fell in love" with your friends' boyfriend or girlfriend you would have to decide whether friendship or the dreaded four letter word, L.O.V.E was more important to you. I have never seen a situation where the 3 parties involved in the love triangle all end up living happily ever after, because, lets be honest, no one likes to loose someone they love, nevermind to their best friend
The movie, Something Borrowed, is about exactly this situation and it really makes you consider what you would do if you found yourself on the brink of loosing a friend because of love. But I feel that it would be totally the choice and jusdgement of the "other" person on what to do-break your best friends heart in the name of love or find a way to push the feelings aside to save a sacride friendship ♡♡♡
